We crossed the border today and are now in Georgia!
Georgia
Touring the capital of Georgia, which is conveniently nestled between surrounding mountains that serve as tourist viewpoints from all sides.
700 caves for 700 extended families to live during times of war. Built 3000 years ago and was one of the first urban centers in Georgia for up to 36,000 people.
We dodged all the evil spirits and saw where Stalin was born and the bulletproof train he rode in. It was hard to imagine such a cute small town and the nice little house bred such a monster. Ironically he actually studied to be a priest here but that didn’t work out so he ended up robbing banks in his early days around here. More ironic are the UN vehicles all over the place, because this is close to where the Russian soldiers are stationed in the occupied part of Georgia, due to the reincarnation of Stalin evil, otherwise known as Putin.
